At Amara Parfums, we want you to be completely enamored with your signature scent. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure the glass bottle remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
